Database Error during 4.6.11 Upgrade (from 4.6.6)
 

Diagnoses

When trying to upgrade your Development server from 4.6.6 to 4.6.11. During the upgrade via the upgrade wizard, you get an incomplete/error icon with the databases.

The error log is giving me the following:

Exception: No item by the name of 'ServerLog.Worklist.IX_Worklist' could be found in the current database 'K2ServerLog', given that @itemtype was input as '(null)'.

This may be down to a missing clustered index.
