Customizing the BP worklist item notification email template

Do you know if it's possible to have on template for one process? Example: one template for my Leave Request notifications, another for my Expense Claim notifications and one by default for the other notifications

it's possible using the menu "notification events" into the K2 blackpearl workspace.

I followed this procedure for BlackPoint and the changes are not showing up in the notification email. I have reset the K2 service and also tried redeploying my process with no success.

Am I missing something?

With blackpoint, you need first deploying your K2 process unchecking the notification for you client event and then you can update update your template, check the notifications boxes and re-deploy.
