Hello guys!

Can you help me?

I want to customize my Nintex On Primesses form with the code

below.

I tried inserting it in Settings> Custom JavaScrip, but it did not work.Where can I insert to make it functional?

there is no javascript that could be executed...

first part is a CSS style so it should go into custom CSS or custom CSS include if you put it in your custom ccs file.

second part is just a HTML markup for set of radio switches.

it is not OOTB supported to insert own HTML markups into forms.

to put radio switches on form use either choice or lookup controls.

Hi,

You cannot use the HTML to create Nintex Form, design your Form with Nintex Label and Radio controls, and name them as per your HTML.

Later add the CSS in Custom CSS section of form settings.
