Hello, I am currently using SharePoint 2010, Nintex Form 1.11.4 and Nintex Workflow 2.3.14.
And I am unable to convert the current item to a word document. Every time the workflow runs, I would get an error occurrence message. Is there any instructions or solutions to this issue?

could you please provide a screenshot of your document creation action configuration? What kind of item do you try to convert to a word document? Is this a list item?
In general you need to have a kind of word template with named place holders that will contain your item's properties. The update document action can then be used to copy your item's properties to those place holders and save the completed template file to a new destination. Is this what you try to do?
