After changing my AD password K2 Studio doesn't allow me to connect to the SharePoint Servers via the Object Browser

How do I clear the cached credentials or set my new password? I'm site admin on the SharePoint site collection so it's not a permission issue.

Error:
Access denied to the Sharepoint Site, ensure that the minimum permissions are assigned to the user
 

 

Resolution

Some places where credentials may be cached includes:

1. In K2 Workspace andgt User Settings andgt Single Sign-On andgt K2 (Security Label) update the password against your account. Retest.

2. The Windows OS also cache your credentials. Start Menu andgt Search for "Credential" andgt "Manage Windows credentials" option andgt update the password for your Windows credential if it exists. Retest.
