The Sharepoint Workspace Activity seems to be creating subwebs to existing sites and fails if I try to create a new top level website (as can be done with self-service site creation in wss).

Using subwebs scales poorly and I'd prefer to create top level sites. Is there any way to do this with K2.NET or is only subweb creation supported?
