Creating User notification for unsubmitted Timesheets on Project Server 2013

Good Day

How can i create a poject server workflow with Nintex to show me all users that have not submitted their timesheets for a specific cut off period. Your assistance will be appreciated.

    I don't remember if timesheets are on a SharePoint list. If so you could create a site workflow and send notifications based on a query list action filtered by your desired period.
