Hi all,

 

We have a competency tracking system, on a sharepoint list. What we want is for a manager to go in, and create multiple competencies for all his employees with one item.

so in a smart form, he would select the competency, select his employees, and hit create, then the workflow would go and create an item in the sharepoint list for each user with that competency.

Anyone know of a workaround? or if this is even possible with K2?

I would suggest creating an editable list view with the use of filtering to filter out specific competencies. Which would display employees with the respective competency - and then add SharePoint integration to add list entries.

Thanks for the reply, I created a smart from where he can actually select the competencies, and created a view in that smart from that pulls his employees as a checkbox list.

What I don't know yet how to do is to make the K2 workflow know to create an item for each selected employee. Any ideas?
