Is there a way I could programatically create my own workspace for the reports section? For example, I would like to show a user the process a document went through for approval without having them go through the K2 Workspace and searching for the document. Ideally, I would be linking to this custom workspace page from a webpart inside of sharepoint and passing parameters into the page to filter to Process Instance and drilling into the activities.
I got the exact same request, or a custom page where a user (originator) can request where his item is in the process on that moment.
Well, wondering if this has been answered. Would appreciate feedback...sounds like a needy requirement.
it is possible to use the 'view flow' component in another application if , for example, you want to graphically display the status of the process.
