Hallo everyone,


 


Recently we installed a third K2 server which will be the development- and test-server. The problem we have is that we're not able to deploy to this server. We deploy from MS Visio. If I start the deploy project wizard I can choose between two environments: development (our first K2 server) and production (our second K2 server). How can I make the third K2 server available for deployment.


Steps already taken:


- I added a third environment on all three servers in the workspace


- adapted all environment field values for the specific server


- Run Configuration Manager on my PC (option: connect to an existing environment)


After that it is still not possible to select the third environment in the Deploy Project Wizard because it's not in the list.

You can try to refresh the Environment manually. In Visio, open the K2 Designer for Visio pane then select the K2 Object Browser tab. You will see you current selected environment on the top, i.e. Environment (Development). Click the upside-down triangle next to it and select the Refresh option. This will force a reload from the server, which should add the new environment to the Visio bits.
