Hi All,

 

We found a new issue- 2 instances has been created for the same request.

 

Detailed description: User filled the form(ASPX page) and clicked on submit, When the user checks in the Work space he got 2 tasks for the same request which is unexpected. But in the application data base, we found only 1 request for that particular request ID. Whereas it is showing 2 records when we run the process overview report.

 

Can someone suggest why k2 has been created 2 instances for I particular record.

Thanks for your reply.

 

No, the issue is not beacuse of OOO.

 

After a long investigation we found that, User clicked "Submit" button for 2 times within fraction of seconds.

 

So that is the reason why it created 2 K2 instances.
