Hi there,


Basically what we're trying to achieve is that we have our main SharePoint site where the user initiates the workflow by uploading a document. Part of the upload is specifying a name for the workflow instance which is a change request. From here a Team Site is created with the name given to the change request.


We're using the Worklist Web Part on the home page of the Team Site which must filter the tasks specific to that change request because a user can be involved in more than one change request at a time.


I know we can filter the tasks manually from the Configuration options but we want to do it automatically when the site is created as well as removing the default filter so that only the tasks for that instance of the change request are displayed to the user and they can't change the filter either.


Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
