HI guys,

I have a scenario where for a particular task I would only like to use smart actions and not use an interface (ie forms).  I have used the "Default Client Event" and unticked the task item URL. However, I can still see an empty task in the work list. Is it possible to have it so that it doesn’t show in the work list?

Thanks in advance

Hi S0m3one

The short answer is no. The worklist will show any task assigned to the user (unless a filter is used). Is there any real difference in someone using the task list to action a task as opposed to a smartactions/email?

Thanks for your reply. I guess there is no difference. I thought, if I could remove it completely from the worklist it would be better. Knowing my user base, they are bound to click on the worklist item and say there is no form to approve.  I then have to explain this is by design and not a bug.

Hi There,

OOB, not posisble. Unless you are using your own custom worklist which you can customize it.
