I believe the short answer to this is no (without building your own custom code to interact with the K2 api).

You can however use the generate a view feature of the K2 designer to generate item and list views from a smartobject. You can also tick an option to generate a form when you use this wizard. This feature is available by right clicking the smartobject or using the buttons on the properties panel.

If I am understanding your requirement correctly then Yes this is possible by making use of the K2 for SharePoint App and the features it offers.

By installing and registering this app on your SharePoint environment, you will will be able to access K2 Desginer via SharePoint thus also giving you the ability to create smartobjects, view, form, reports etc. from a newly created SharePoint List.

Example: If I have this app installed and I create a new SharePoint List with three columns (Name, Surname, Age) and I add data to this list, then I navigate and select the Application option in the SharePoint ribbon to generate a SmartObject and a view from this list, all of the columns and data would be present in the smartobject thus the list will have the same outcome.
