I have a issue with a WF, I create an item on a list and inmediatly query for it, but I receive an empty value.
Do I have to wait for the item creation? How/When can I query for the item with certainty that is created?

Some actions in SharePoint workflows don't execute immediately and are instead batched. Between the item create and query you should try a 'Commit Pending Changes' action.
