+6I have created an UDA at toplevel at my sitecollection and published it. (And I can see in allowed action in the administration part).
But when I would like it use the UDA in some workflow in my sitecolletion / subsite I can not find it?
What could be wrong?

When you created it, did you promote it up to the site collection level?
You should see something like:
If it is defined at the site level, just select the UDA and then click on Promote to promote it to the site collection. Once there, you should see it in all child sites within the collection.
