You can use the action named "Copy to Sharepoint"

I don't know.   Can I?    It is why I am asking.  Documentation is pretty much useless on this action (and most of the others).  And I see no where I can create a folder.

And Destination does not show the folder I create manually.  Speaking of which, the Destination list does not seem to be in alphabetic order.  How on earth are you supposed to be able to find anything?

Maybe entering the URL would work but not sure what that would look like,

Besides copy suggests making a copy and what I want to do is Move.
