My requirement is to implement search on k2 databases using sharepoint. What should be the approach for the same?

K2 is a business workflow solution. It should not be used for content repository. Most of the process data inside the tables are in binary format or encrypted. The process instances and activities are referenced by IDs. It does not make sense to index this content on SharePoint.
Why do you want to crawl the K2 databases? what is the business requirement.
