Diagnoses

Issue:
The customer reported that, on one of their Dev server, when their developers try to start a new workflow they receive the below error message:
Could not load type 'K2AppDomainManager' from assembly 'KO, Version...'
 

Resolution

Resolution:
During the course of investigation between Support and the customer the support engineer advised that this error is seen when the KO.dll is added to the GAC or referenced on the code.
The KO.dll is the workflow server code file, and normally should be in the "K2 blackpearlHost ServerBinhostedservers" directory and not in the K2 blackpearl/HostServer/bin directory.
This was corrected by the customer and the isue was resolved.
