Symptoms

Customer tried to register a new web application but got an error saying there was a site collection that already existed with the same title. Hence, the registration wizard did not complete and now a correlation ID message is being shown whenever the appit app icon is clicked in the web application's site collections.
Can you delete the Appit data related to the following web apps and site collections:
goteam.teamliquor.com
goteam.teamliquor.com/sites/dev
I'm assuming that if you can delete the above in Appit, we will be able to add the app and run the configuration wizard again?
 

Diagnoses

Forwarded ticket to Ops for the requested action.

 

Resolution

Before OPS took any action on the customer's account, the ticket owner indicates this issue is resolved. They used a different user account to re-run the reg wizard.
