Symptoms

Copy Document to library of different site collection.
I'm attempting to make a workflow that copies a document to a library in a different site collection. The workflow works just fine inside its own doc library. However, when I have it all setup to copy the document to a library of another site collection, I get an error.
“Service: eSharepoint Service Instance] Service Guid iGUID] Severity: Error Message: Content Type not found.”

 

Diagnoses

The error was caused by the target document library does not have the same Content Type as source document library.
 

Resolution

The issue was resolved after making sure that source and target document library has the same Content Type.
