Hello,
Is there a way to use the SharePoint 2013 version of Workflow to copy a document to a O365 document library? I see that the O365 version has a number of O365 related actions - have these been implemented on-prem?

Have you tested the action named "Copy to Sharepoint" ?
Yes, I receive a 404 Forbidden message in workflow history. The account credentials that I am configuring can login to SharePoint online, browse to the library in question and upload documents.
Have you tried the Nintex Live Action "Office 365 upload file"?
Unfortunately I do not have Nintex Live available to me. Question for you:
- Does this action allow you to configure the URL of the document library with a username/password?
- Does this action copy metadata fields?
