unfortunately, since the Flexi Task action is a blocking/synchronous action, there's no way to do it.

If you were to look at the Delegate Url after the task is created, and see how it's made up, you could potentially build a parallel branch into your workflow that after a delay, it could build up that Delegate Url dynamically.
