Copy and paste from a list view

Symptoms


You can no longer copy text from a list view and paste it elsewhere.
 

Diagnoses


When we (K2) added functionality to do a "multi-select" on a list view and added the "for each" functionality in workflow, the functionality to copy/paste text from a list view "broke". This has been diagnosed as a bug.
 

Resolution

We routed the ticket to the LABS support team for investigations and the engineer working the ticket has logged an item for us in TFS. Currently this issue is slated for investigations during the 4.6.12 time frame. This functionality should be fixed in a future build.

    Yes I need this functionality as well.  Is there an update as to when it will be available?

    This functionality has been confirmed as working in K2 4.7 and is also rectified by a Rollup Fix available for K2 4.6.11.


     


    Please Log a K2 Support Ticket for this issue should the Rollup be requires for K2 4.6.11.

    This is not working in 4.7. Does it work in K25?

    I am having this issue in K2 5.2. The user have to put the item into edit mode in order to copy the text. This is an issue when users only have read only access to the list view.
