How do you make URL's hyperlinks in email notifications?

I have several Environment Fields that are URLs, and for some reason, do not get correctly created as hyperlinks. Some are generic and some are dynamically created.

I didn't notice it before since I was opening them up with Office 2010, but you can definitely notice it in older versions of Office such as 2003 and in Outlook Web Access.

Figured this out earlier so thought I'd post the solution if any one asked.

Turns out that you need to format the URL's correctly for users using the inline function Text Folder --> Hyperlink.
