Controls overlapping each other on Nintex Form

Afternoon

New to Nintex forms. I've inherited a form which has two controls overlapping when it loads. The Department field and the Job Title field as shown below. The Job Title field populates with different choices depending on what's selected in Department



This is what the form looks like in Designer:

Any idea how I can create some space between the fields? As I said I'm new to Nintex forms.
