Symptoms

When editing the email to be send out from an Escalation rule, and clicking the "Large Message Body box" to get more space to work on, the black button with the ... that is supposed to open the Context Browser doesn't work.
 

Diagnoses

To reproduce:
1. Create a new KPRX
2. Add a placeholder event
3. Access Activity Escalations
4. Add new e-mail escalation
5. On the Message Body screen, click on the icon to "Open Larger Message Body Screen"
6. Click on the ellipsis button ("...")
>> Nothing happens

I verified that email events and client event notifications both bring up the Context Browser when you do this.
 

Resolution

This is a known issue and this ticket has been linked to the existing bug. This is evident in K2 for VS as well as in both Event and Activity escalations.

Workaround:
Back out of the large message body panel and access it from the normal default panel.
