Symptoms


We are experiencing an issue where by the site which we have built constantly has the spinning logo on screen and it does not pass through to the correct Webform - this happens on initial login and on any separate page request in our Production environment - we do not see this behaviour in Test.

 

Diagnoses


The client has specified they had this issue for a while now and it has increased from one user to most users in the last week, the client also performed an IIS reset last week and thats when the issue became more prevalent.

We have tested with a single user on Firefox - the issue does not appear to occur,however the client mainly uses Internet Explorer, so they cannot be able to make use of firefox or any other browser.

The client had a workaround, which is to open the site in the "Private Browsing" mode of IE11.
