Configure Person or Group column to input SharePoint group only

Hi,

I would like to configure Person or group column to input SharePoint group only. But I am confused with the People Controls settings.

I have a Person or group column in SharePoint list as below:

I set People Control with SharePoint Group as below:

The UI behavior is exactly what I want: Input SharePoint group only.

But when I tried to set Connected to list column. The Entities to include in Advanced section is disappear and the UI behavior is changed.

I would like to know how can I configure Person or Group column to input SharePoint group only?

    states that:

    Advanced

    Entities to include

    		Only available when not connected to a column. The available user entity types that can be specified.
