Hi All,

 

I have configured Distribution List in the Destination Rule and the Distribution List is available in Active Directory.

 

A workflow instance has been triggered to this DL. After that a new user has been added to the Distribution List. As the workflow is triggered before adding this user to the DL, the new user doesn't have a worklist item. Error thrown when the user tries to take action from UI (using K2 API).

 

Please suggest how to resolve this issue.

As per your comments, task has been assigned to the distribution list before the new entry gets added into the list, in that task wont get avaiable for the new user. then how did you try to open the task with new users login? Since task is not assigned to him he shouldnt be able to view the task item on his queue first of all. Or may im wrong in understaning your scenario. would be really best if you can explain the scenaio with steps by step and also please provice more details about the error you receiveing.

Hi Prajwal,

 

Workflow is integrated with aspx pages. So the user has access to take action once his Id is added to the DL.

But the worklist item on his name is not found. So, it returned an error.
