Symptoms
When trying to re-deploy a package that has already been deployed to the target environment, a "ComplexType Event Item" error occurs on the workflows within the package and you are unable to deploy (the "Next" button is disabled).
Diagnoses
The "ComplexType Event Item" error is a known issue in Package and Deployment with K2 blackpearl 4.6.7.
Resolution
The following bug has been logged for the behavior and a fix is available:
Bug 490053/490203: PandD DeployPackage - Unable to redeploy the same package. State already exists. No changes made to the package (Forms and Views)
