Symptoms


We are facing an issue with one of our processes. a request went to the completed status after an action was taken and all the outcomes in lines are mutual, other requests went through normally.
can you please help me take this request to active and why is this happening?

Activating a cmpleted Process instance is not possible currently

Resolution:
"

Unfortunately once a process has been completed there is no way to bring it back into a workflow again. They are removed from transactional tables to log tables

At this point, I would suggest you to start a new instance of the workflow by mimic the necessary data field in your original completed process. You can find the old data field contents of the original completed process at K2 Workspace -> Process Overview -> tCompleted Process Name].
