My client currently uses SP 2013 with Nintex Workflow. They are going to upgrade to SP 2016 and move some sites to SPOnline.  I need to put together a decision tree that shows which sites can be moved and which ones cannot. Some of the criteria will be associated with Workflows. Where can I find documentation that compares the actions available in Nintex WF 2013/16 and Nintex Cloud?

Also, does anyone have any suggestions about criteria to consider or lessons learned from similar projects?

Its difficult to compare the two outside of the action types that are available. In both platforms on-prem and Nintex Workflow Cloud, you can achieve similar workflow logic. There are of course some functionality that is not available as a cloud product versus on-prem but generally the functionality to achieve similar results is there and the same.
