Common:NewLine not generating new line in regular expression

I'm trying to use the Common:NewLine function in a regular expression and it's only entering a space. How do I get it to actually enter a new line?

    A little more information wouldn't be bad. What is the configuration of the action and the regular expression itself. What are you trying to do with it?

    The problem wasn't with the regular expression, but with the Word template I was trying to write into.
