Diagnoses

I would like to combine all the 8 K2 Databases to single K2 Database and also move the database to different Database server.

Resolution

1. As you are on K2 blackpearl version 4.6.3, this is not a version supported by the database consolidation tool. To perform database consolidation, you will need to upgrade to at least version 4.6.5 as per KB:
http://help.k2.com/kb001628

* If you plan to upgrade to a database consolidation supported version, please also test the upgrade and solutions in your development/staging environment prior to doing so in Production.

K2 blackpearl version 4.6.5 does support Sharepoint 2010 up to SP1, please see:
http://help.k2.com/blackpearl/support-matrix_SharePoint

It also support SQL 2008 R2 up to SP2, please see:
http://help.k2.com/blackpearl/support-matrix_SQLServer

Please see the release notes for 4.6.5 below:
http://help.k2.com/kb001550

If you are using K2 Connect, You will need to upgrade to K2 connect version 4.6.5, as K2 blackpearl 4.6.5 is only compatible with K2 connect version 4.6.5. Please see:
http://help.k2.com/connect/support-matrix_Upgrade

Please also test K2 connect functionalities/workflow prior to implementation in production.

2. Please see Scenario _4 in the KB article below regarding the steps to take when moving the K2 databases while the K2 server is the same:
http://help.k2.com/kb001356_Scenario4

3. We also recommend perhaps upgrading to the latest version as there were Identity Service issues identified in 4.6.5 and testing this in a Development/Staging/Test environment first to acquaint with the process before doing so in Production.
