We're wondering if there is a way to view a list of all closed instances of a specific process? Basically we have a client who would like an Administrator to be able to view all instances of a process that have been closed in a similar display to the sharepoint work list. Selecting an item will open it in a web page identical in looks to the one for the activities containing all process data saved for that instance. Is there a simple way to access this data or will it require us querying the K2Log database ourselves?

Unfortunately, there's no easy way to accomplish this except through custom reporting. Please search the knowledge base for 'reporting' - I know there's a kb article around custom reporting.
