Symptoms
After moving the K2 database to a different SQL instance and re-configuring K2 blackpearl, the worklist web part errors with:
Exception raised while retrieving data from list - Claim mapping configuration cannot be found for this claim. Claim information: Name='0#.w|denallixadministrator', Issuer='SharePoint', Original Issuer='SharePoint'. Please ensure that you have configured the K2 server as specified in K2 Help: Installation and Configuration andgt Configuration andgt SharePoint andgt Claims-based Authentication.
Diagnoses
This was identified as a bug when re-configuring K2 blackpearl, such that an un-necessary modification is made to the eIdentity].]ClaimtypeMapping] table the Sharepoint STS Issuer is no longer mapped to a K2 label.
Resolution
As a workaround to resolve the issue, direct database manipulation was performed against the hIdentity].yClaimtypeMapping] table to map the Sharepoint STS Issuer to a K2 Label. A K2 Blackpearl service restart was also performed afterwards. Please create a backup of the K2 database before making any changes and if necessary, please log a K2 Support ticket for more assistance.
