I have list and in the form I have two tabs that ask the employee if they would like to update an existing form or start a new one. I can not seem to figure out how to make the past forms(items show up on the same form. Any help would be great. Please and thank you

Hi,
Technically you could use the Page Viewer control to insert a list into a form and then click on an item and edit it and save. You just need to put the fully qualified URL path to the list in the source field of the Page Viewer control.
The List View control was actually designed for this process though.
