Symptoms

Customer has a workflow that makes use of the Get File From Location as an attachment in an email event.
The workflow sometimes throws the following error when it gets to the above event:
"Could not find part of the path 'C:UsersK2ServiceDocumentsWorkflowFileName.pdf'”

 

Diagnoses

The issue was caused by file referenced in the workflow only exists on one of the K2 nodes.
 

Resolution

We copied the file into the same location on the other K2 node and that resolved the issue.
