Symptoms

In some cases we often get a requirement to change the SMTP Server. This article details the steps and things you should note when doing so.
 

Diagnoses

Below are the areas you should first check after changing the SMTP server using K2 Setup (Configuration) Manager:

- Environment Variables
- String Tables
- Entries on Connection String Editor

The above are not affected by the configuration manager, you will need to manually change them.
