Is there a way to change the filter options for all users for the K2 Worklist webpart?  I want to create a filter and push it to all the users without having to go to each user and set the filter that way.

In Sharepoint there are different views Personal and shared. At the moment I think you are using personal view. This means any changes to the filters will only be accessible by the current logged in user. If this filters are changed in the shared view it will reflected for all users. You will then have to use SharedView for all users then they will be able to see the filter added. You can refer to:

How does this apply to the "Selected Filter" for the K2 Worklist Web Part?

I thought you had the filter setup already and found that it only applies to the Worklist of the user that applied the filter. This is where the Shared and personal view comes in to play. If the web part is on a site where the user uses personal view the filter will only apply to his worklist. IF the filter is applied for a user that uses the shared view, the filter will be applied across the board for all users. In your case or at least the way I understand it you should use the shared view and apply the filter to the worklist. If this is not it then I must be misunderstanding the post.

Well, it is done on the shared view but it doesnt filter for the user.

I checked this on my side and mine works. Did you create a new filter or did you modify the default filter? I created a new filter and changed the default filter, in both cases all my users had the new filter available from the filter dropdown and when editing the default one the change was there. If this does not work for you I suggest logging a K2 Support ticket to get some eyes on the issue. HTH Vernon
