Diagnoses


There is currently no functionality in K2 Blackpearl to modify the second SmartActions Email workflow-by-workflow. The changes applied to the second email that I'll describe further will affect all workflows.

 

Resolution

1. How to turn off the 2nd email notification?

In order to do that please do the following:

1. Make a backup of the K2HostServer.exe.config file (eInstall Drive]K2 blackpearlHost ServerBinK2HostServer.exe.config) to a different directory
2. Open the config file on notepad
3. Look for this entry under
4. Under it, you will find:

5. Edit that line to:

6. Save the changes
7. Restart the service

2. How to change the wording of the 2nd email notification?

In order to do that please do the following:

1. Make a backup of the 2 files (sInstall Drive]K2 blackpearlHost ServerBinTemplatesMessagesSmartActions.ActionExecuted.htm and SmartActions.ActionExecuted.txt) to a different directory
2. Make changes to both
3. Save the changes
4. Restart the service
