Hi Community...I have a problem.

I've created cascading drop down menus and used the lookup fields when creating a form. The drop down menus work as intended but when I submit something my list is populated with values only (like ID numbers) and not the actual text. For example I have drop down called Employee Name with three values (three names). If I choose my name from the drop down the list shows 1. If I pick the second employee name the list shows 2 and so on.

I tried to set text connected to field but it won't allow me to because it is the same name as the ID connected to field.

The prepend ID value in the advance settings is set to no.

Any help is appreciated
