Symptoms

When I try to reconfigure Folio via Smart Forms Integration wizard I am getting error. I have used Item reference earlier and later I unchecked the configuration for same. Once I did that it started giving me error. I am attaching screenshots for same.

I am not able to reach the window for Folio as you can see I have taken screenshot by hovering on same.


 

Diagnoses

Usually when removing the Item References from a Smartforms integration workflow generates this kind of issues.
 

Resolution


Remapping the Form using the SmarForms wizard and deleting the references solved the problem. Creating the new folio with the actual values let us pass the issue.
