Cannot run Smartformwizards on Developer machine
 

Diagnoses

When having uninstalled K2 Blackpearl and Smartforms and reinstalled K2 for Visual Studio only and the Smartforms Wizard only.

The Smartform event in the Event wizards cannot be found, and when trying to run a Smartform wizard in an existing workflow you get an error stating the following:

"Value cannot be null: parameter wizard"
 

Resolution

Please check via workspace to see if the correct bindings have been set in the environment fields to point to the correct Smartforms URL. Once this has been done please do check in within K2 studio and Visual studio to see if the smart form wizards can now be accessed without error.
