Hi everyone,

 

I try to access https://portal.k2.com/downloads/bp/Default.aspx to download K2 Blackpearl. Unfortunately, I get the error:

This web page has redirect loop.

The webpage at https://portal.k2.com/downloads/bp/Default.aspx has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.

I try to clear cache, cookie, use many browsers (IE11, Firefox) but it still no luck. Please help me. Thank you in advance.

I added http://portal.k2.com/ to trusted sites but I still cannot access http://portal.k2.com or https://portal.k2.com/downloads/bp/Default.aspx
