Symptoms

Cannot deploy workflow - Access to the path 'c:usersTEMPMARKETFORM003AppDataLocalTemp mp7B14tmp' is denied.
 

Diagnoses

When you cannot deploy a workflow via the K2 for SharePoint designer. It errors out with the following "Access to the path 'c:usersTEMPMARKETFORM003AppDataLocalTemp mp7B14tmp' is denied.'

Looking at permissions, it seems that the service accounts are all set up as Administrator for the error at hand.
 

Resolution

To resolve this issue it would be best to run a repair of K2 for Sharepoint and to also grant explicit rights for the user account in question, directly on the specified temp folder with the error

This should then resolve the issue at hand.
