Symptoms

Getting the following error when trying to deploy SmartForms objects to target server after upgrade from 4.6.7 to 4.6.11: "Insufficient license type. Server does not have a SmartForms Designer license."
 

Diagnoses

SmartForms Runtime License only allows for Data, Views, Forms and Workflows to be deleted, moved or executed (Run). It is not possible to edit or create new aritfacts with this license. Resolution

Having SmartForms Designer license will resolve this issue.
