I use Visual Studio with the K2 plug in to design my K2 process flows. Visio has a BPMN (Business Process Management Notes) piece that can be used to lay out BPM flows.

Hi Jamie, the short answer is No. There is a K2 Designer for Visio tool that will work with Visio 2007 that allows you to design (and reverse engineer) K2 processes, but it does not use BPMN notation.
