I have Nintex2013 workflow product on SharePoint 2013 environment. I want to create Nintex workflow for wikipages, will it be possible?

Yes you can have workflows on a wiki page library. Ensure you select Page > View all pages to get to the allpages.aspx view from there you can access workflows from the library tab as normal.
